How we use your details.

Who we are

Barnett Contracts Ltd (company number 13363902) runs this website and decides how the details you send through it are used. Contact: info@barnettcontracts.com or 07854 416889.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it has no analytics. Its fonts are on our own server, so visiting it does not send your details to Google or any other font service.

Like every website, our host keeps short technical logs (such as your IP address and the page you asked for) to run the site and keep it secure.

What the forms collect, and why

The online forms are not open yet. Until they are, please call, WhatsApp or email us. This section says what the forms will do when they open.

Register with us

• Your name and contact number, and your email address if you choose to give it, so we can contact you about work.
• The job you are applying for, if you came from a job page.

We do not ask for your date of birth or National Insurance number on the website. If we place you in a job, we will ask for what the law requires (for example, to check your right to work in the UK) at that point, not before.

Request labour

• Your name, company, phone number and email address, so we can reply.
• The site's town and postcode, the trades and numbers you need, the start date and any other notes, so we can supply the right people.

Send us a message

• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it, so we can reply.
• Your message.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you and finding you work or workers, and taking the steps you ask for before any contract. You do not have to use the forms: you can call or WhatsApp us instead.

Where your details go

When you send a form, the website emails your answers to info@barnettcontracts.com. The website itself does not keep a copy. The email passes through our website host (Vercel) and our email delivery service (Resend) on the way, and is kept in our email account. Resend keeps a copy for a short time to deliver it. These companies may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.

Only Barnett Contracts reads these emails. We do not sell your details or pass them on for marketing. If we put you forward for a job, we share your details with that client only with your agreement.

How long we keep your details

We keep registration, labour request and message emails for up to 2 years after we last had contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. You can also object to how we use them. Email info@barnettcontracts.com or call 07854 416889.

If you are unhappy with how we have used your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
